I contacted Mr Rodriguez on the app and he responded very promptly asked all the correct questions and set me up for an appointment very promptly. He arrived when he said that he would and then diagnosed the problem which was a faulty wire and could have caused a fire very quickly. I can not thank him enough. I would very highly recommend him for your needs.
