- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is designed to make everything simple and stress-free from the first contact to the final walkthrough. When you reach out, a member of our team quickly responds to gather details about your electrical needs and schedule a convenient appointment. We offer clear communication and confirmed arrival times, and our electricians always show up on time. Once on site, our licensed electrician performs a thorough evaluation, explains the issue or project in plain language, and provides upfront, flat-rate pricing before any work begins. We answer all questions so you can make a confident, informed decision. After approval, we complete the work safely, efficiently, and according to code. We respect your home, wear protective coverings when needed, and clean the workspace once the job is finished. Before leaving, we test everything to ensure it’s working properly and review the completed work with you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our electricians are fully licensed and highly trained professionals with extensive hands-on experience in residential electrical service and installation. Each technician completes formal apprenticeship training, state-required licensing, and ongoing continuing education to stay current with National Electrical Code (NEC) updates and local regulations. In addition to their technical training, all of our electricians are fully insured, background checked, and drug tested.
