Juan was down to earth, friendly, and got the job done. I am very pleased with the work on our drive way and patio slab. I will definitely use him again for future concrete projects

Juan and his wife Brenda are amazing. They are always prompt on providing information and updates. Juan is very meticulous and prideful in his work which speaks volumes in a time where everyone is out to make money despite poor workmanship or value.
Juan showed up on time everyday and was very detailed and ensured all plans were agreed upon and always gave his insight to changes.
He was well within his estimated completion date for the project.
On the day he poured the concrete it started lightly raining around 4pm and Juan said he would have to stay until the rain stopped to ensure the concreted was not ruined and smoothed properly. Juan and his partner stayed until 4am the next morning working and to say I was dumbfounded and beyond belief is an understatement. He did not charge me extra and if that is not above and beyond I do not know what is.
I was so impressed and appreciative with the final product I have hired him to do numerous follow on jobs. As long as he is in business I will not hire anyone else but Castanos Concrete.

Castanos Concrete was a great company! They came out and completed my stamped concrete patio project in a timely manner. I created the design myself and they were able to make the project happen. They also gave me an excellent price on the patio project compared to other contractors that were 5-8K more expensive. Brenda helped me with the all the details over the phone as was readily available if I had any questions about the process. I would highly recommend Castanos Concrete.

This is a great group of men and did exactly what they said they would. I am a general contractor and needed a concrete crew in a hurry, Juan and his team were there when they said they would be and did a great job. I would highly recommend them to others looking for flat work and I will be using them on all upcoming projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The majority of our prices includes all labor and materials. If for any reason it is different, we let the customer know. We try to keep set prices depending on sizes and any obstacles, but overall our prices are firm.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Like to go out and meet the customer, find out what they need. Once we have all that down we go back and write up a proposal for them. It will always be detailed and give the client up front information what the price will include.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Many of our employees and owner have many years of experience in concrete work.
