- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do, but every job differs, thats why i would personally go give a free estimate. I usually get 8 out 10 jobs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Keep them happy, Customer is always right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Loke i said i have many years of experience, What i did i worked with Family but each of them have there own Profession, Example: Carpentry, Masonry, Concrete, i worked with but to learn so i could be an all around kind if person that knows how to do the work..
