Ivan was an absolute pleasure to work with. We had several contractors come out to provide quotes for a 450 sq ft stained, concrete patio extension in our backyard. We certainly made the right decision by choosing Ivan. He is detail-oriented and took time to provide a thorough response and explanation to all of our questions. Not only was his pricing fair, the quality of work was exceptional. We are so excited to use our new patio and love the way it turned out. If you are looking for quality nice clean work to be done to your home look no further. Excellent work plus his attention to detail is unbelievable. We got a concrete addition to our home and it was so nice to do most of the work including Sheetrock with same contractor. We highly recommend him and with out a doubt he will be our contractor for our next home preject. Again, Thank you for an outstanding job and for caring like it was your own home....

Came out to finish a patio that was started by another contractor. My patio came out perfectly, made me wish I would have had him start it from the beginning. Went above and beyond from day 1. Would def recommend.
