This stage enables me to understand their needs and align our expectations. 2️⃣ Project Assessment: After the initial consultation, I conduct a comprehensive assessment of the project. This involves evaluating the scope of work, examining any existing plans or blueprints, and assessing any necessary permits or approvals required. I thoroughly analyze the specifications, timeline expectations, and budget considerations to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the project's requirements. 3️⃣ Proposal and Agreement: Based on the project assessment, I prepare a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, estimated timeline, budget, and any specific terms or conditions.
