Nicholas did an excellent job repairing previous owners failing DIY job ! Now it’s all up to code and looks awesome as well ! Nicholas was awesome to work with, gave me time frames for the progression of the job and stuck to them. I will be definitely have Nicholas come back to do more household repairs !

Nick Ortiz was hired to paint my entire upstairs and stair well and replace carpet with flooring upstairs and on stairs. He did an excellent job and was always professional. Requesting partial payment of work he performed each week. Never asking for a dime up front. He also went with me to Home Depot for additional supplies. I amended the request order to install 2 new toilets and remove a shower door.
