- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the International Coach Federation, and I regularly attend continuing education workshops, seminars and guest speakers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I worked with my own coach for the first time in 2009. At the time I was managing a small team and working with external stakeholders. The results I had through coaching transformed the way I managed and led, the way I conducted myself professionally, and the way I managed myself. My team, my boss and even close friends and family noticed a significant and positive shift. And it has stuck! Ultimately, I saw how powerful coaching can be, and I identified this as a career I would move into in the future, to offer others this incredible service.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I coach people to live and lead at their highest potential. I take a values- and emotions-based approach, working with clients to determine what their values are and how to set goals and make decisions with these at top of mind. Professionally I coach individuals and small teams for enhanced leadership, strategic planning, better communication and more. Personally I coach individuals to make better decisions, find more joy in their lives, and improve relationships.
