- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are willing to work with the customer at an affordable cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once hired, we arrive at the location of the customers and introduce ourselves. We then answer and questions they may have about us or the vehicle. If customer request tour of the van we are happily to oblige. After introductions owners bring their pet that is to be groomed or they will invite us in to meet them. Once meet and greet are complete. We then take the canine to the vehicle and begin the grooming process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Former manager at pet grooming shop and former humane law enforcement officer with 5 years of animal handling experience. We are also Pet CPR Certified.
