Mr Rivera was on time and did an Outstanding job replacing the wax collar on a commode. He was very personable and left the job site clean. I would definitely hire him again and thanks to Thumbtack for the help.

Dave did an excellent job replacing our pressure regulator valve and when the job turned out to be a little more challenging then expected he did NOT use it as an opportunity to increase the price. I will definitely be using his service in the future.

We got a quote within minutes. It was extremely reasonable, ( lowest bid out of 5) It was a Sunday afternoon and he offered to do it that day! He arrived at our home an hour after speaking to us on the phone. He installed our new toilet within 45 min. He was polite, professional and did a great job. We plan to call on him again in the future.
