Santiago did a great job replacing my water heater at a very competitive price. He even picked it up for me from Home Depot so I didn't have to try to get it home. Very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely use him again.

Santiago came out to repair a drain pipe under our tub, which required digging underneath the foundation. His price for the repair was less than any other plumber we had out and he did a terrific job completing the work in a timely manner. He took care when coming in and out of our home to remove his shoes (something surprisingly not all plumbers do). He also was the first plumber to properly explain the issue we had going on and what to expect with the job. I had 4 other plumbers come out to the house to bid on the job prior to Santiago and every one of them left me with a tremendous feeling of doom over what might go wrong. They all made me feel nervous that they could and probably would tack on additional costs as they began working. Santiago, however, assured us he didn't foresee any problems in doing the work and even when all the other plumbers told us they would have to destroy our bathtub to get the drain out, Santiago gave us confidence he would be able to get the drain out without any damage to the tub, which meant saving us hundreds of dollars. Needless to say the job went just as he expected. I'm so pleased with the work he did. He did everything he promised and so much more. We need more plumbers like Santiago!

Santiago showed up early for the job. I needed a PVR valve installed. He kept me informed on the status each step of the way. He did the job at the agreed upon price, that was awesome. I was so pleased that I have already asked him to do some additional work.

Great experience with Mr. Estrada, he came out moved gas line and replaced my water heater. Price was ok, completed work in a short time.

I have continuing education every year. Also have my backflow certification.

I am second generation plumber. My dad was a plumber and now I am.
