Things go wrong in any business..and it is what you do when that happens that makes the difference. Mario’s team got their wires crossed (pun intended) with scheduling my initial appointment and they weren’t able to make it until the next day. I talked to Mario and he showed up personally with another electrician and stayed until the job was complete..including cleanup. They earned a customer for life.
