- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to balance between building a structurally sound fence that is aesthetically pleasing with minimal costs. I am transparent in my bidding and can provide a line item showing materials so nothing is hidden.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I listen and ask questions. I seek to understand exactly what they desire. How soon do they want the project completed? What is their budget? What do they want to do long-term with their yard? Do they have a dog?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
