Kyle Pena came out this morning to remove a bathtub insert and replace with a shower insert with handicap features. The behind the wall blocking for safety and the strength of shower walls, flooring and handicap bars was well thought out by Allen-Wrench and Kyle. I cant thank this team enough for providing my aged mother a safe bathroom area which is so essential. He also cleaned his work area well before leaving. Kyle was fantastic! This poor man worked in 97 degree weather with no AC in a tiny bathroom. He had to completely remove a bathtub and replaced with a ada shower for my mil. He dealt with stained wood and repairing wood frames in addition to the plumbing! He broke one of the window shades by accident and immediately pointed it out and told me he would replace it. The next time he was out that shade was replaced and working fine! Integrity is the word that comes to mind for Mr. Kyle Pena. We would trust him with all types of home repair.Thank you!
