Structure Builders replaced the siding on our 1997 Ranch Style home. They are a 32 year veteran owned San Antonio Texas based company with a wide portfolio of capabilities to meet home owners needs. The project began the first week of December 2026 and was 95% complete before Christmas Eve with only a final coat of painting remaining. The entire project was 100% complete in just a few days after the New Year. This review focuses on Structure Builders quality, efficiency, and customer service.

They were responsive quickly making resources and materials available and shifting work start and stop to accommodate holiday and travel plans. They started promptly and stayed focused until the job was finished—no disappearing for other projects and coming back weeks later. The work was completed on schedule, which is rare these days. We had a studio added.

My sister and I hired Structure Builders for my elderly mother’s remodeling project after reviewing three other bids. Structure Builders was the only company that provided a written contract and didn’t require a huge down payment. Instead, their contract indicated the draws required after certain stages completed. I was impressed that the owner, Rudy, was involved from the beginning to the end of the project. The project went over a few weeks due to the weather and some changes to materials ordered outside the contract selections, but Structure Builders performed additional small projects at no additional cost for the inconvenience. The workers were very professional, clean, and very talented. I absolutely love the final project. We completely gutted and relocated the kitchen from the back to the front of the house with a large pantry. Added a dinning area with a huge island in for dinning and extended the living area. I love that Structure Builders is Veteran owned and local, it is not a company that wont be around when issues arise. Rudy just celebrated 32 years with Structure Builders. We have re-hired Structure Builders for other projects because and will continue to only use them for everything we need.

Rudy is very responsive and has done many projects in my house! He tore my galley kitchen out and gave me a large island, pushed in to my garage to give me a dining room. Great to work with!
