- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Since all orders are custom orders, pricing may vary based on several different factors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to find out what the customer is currently needing the logo for, what they may have in mind for the design, where the logo is going to be used (apparel, print, building) and then I explain my design process and let them know what my logo packages offer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I served in the military for 10 years. Although this doesn’t directly apply to logo design or laser engraving, it did teach me the importance of attention to detail. I went to schools for Digital Media, am going to school for Business Management and have done countless hours of personal research on Colorscape’s, design, branding, marketing and most importantly, customer service.
