I hired Chris and his team after collecting a couple of estimates for gutter replacement and a minor chimney repair (trim). They were able too start promptly, arrived when they said that they would, and worked hard to complete the project on schedule. There was one minor price change not included in the original estimate (guards to keep our debris), which he recommended but did not add until confirmed with me. Still, his estimate came in several hundred dollars ahead of the next vendor. Also, they were responsive to my preferences about how water would flow into the yard. I appreciate them listening and coming up with a solution. I am pleased with the results. They were respectful of my property during and after the job. During the job, they kept their work zones tidy and contained tools/supplies at the end of each work day. At the end of the job, they disposed of or removed all trash and placed trimmed branches in my green bin. My gutters look great. I would hire them again.
