I felt very comfortable through the entire process of this repair. Eli (Air Conditioning Experts) was prompt, responsive and proactive in providing information relevant to the needs for repair.
(He was patient with working with the home warranty company, and flexible when the warranty company failed to cover the repair. )
He went over options in a ways in which I could clearly understand. This was so important because sometimes it’s hard to know if you are in good hands with such costly home repair projects.
I will definitely be using Air Conditioning Experts for future maintenance and HVAC services.
I highly recommend this professional, without reservation.
