From our initial conversation, Bob was fantastic to work with. We discussed the specific needs for my home, and he worked closely with me to put together a solid plan that fit my space and budget perfectly. The scope of work was substantial: he installedinsulation across the attic above my garage, blew insulation into the garage walls, and installed solar-powered exhaust fans up top. Bob was amazing from start to finish. Great communication, very knowledgeable about the CPS rebate process, and extremely thorough with his work. His pricing was affordable and reasonable, which was hard to find after dealing with other companies.
My husband and I previously hired another company for our vents and insulation, but we kept having issues afterward. Whenever we called them back, they kept pointing out more problems instead of properly fixing the original issue. Bob & Steve were awesome beginning to end. It started with Bob providing a rough estimate, sight unseen, due to his experience working on houses in the area built around the same time. He came out and solidified his initial estimate based on what he saw, but also included a couple things I didn't mention (bathroom fan vents not working).
He was able to squeeze me in days later and knock out everything in about 5 hours, including cleanup afterwards. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Would definitely hire again!

We bundle pricing for multiple services. Several power companies offer rebates which we can help the customer process (CPS, Kerrville Power, etc)
