- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always try to contact immediately over the phone to schedule an in-person meeting. I love meeting new customers, it's the best way to show the customer how honest and caring you will be with their project overall.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I wanted to continue growing as a contractor. I wanted to have something that was mine, and give my future customers a contractor they can finally trust.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
always meet in person. never do any payments until a contract explaining financial information is discussed and agreed upon.
