Floor Coverings international was phenomenal to work with. Their crew has a very strong work ethic, was punctual, and put in a hard days work every day. They were polite at all times and made an honest effort to keep things clean as they worked. Augustine and Cristy addressed our questions and concerns quickly and were in frequent contact checking on the progress of the project and making sure we were satisfied every step of the way. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for tile work.
Details: Kitchen • Bathroom • Floor • 401 - 500 sq ft • Concrete • No, but I will buy the tiles myself

We offer honest, upfront pricing which typically includes all services and materials required to complete the project. Since there are many variables in any flooring project, we customize each project to meet our customer's individual needs. We love working with new customers daily and our top priority is to make the customer experience a positive experience for all involved.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will first discuss the details of the project over the phone, then arrange for a free in-home design consultation where we bring our mobile flooring showroom stocked with over 3,000 samples. We will measure the areas included in the project and provide pricing with a detailed proposal either on the spot or within 24 hours of meeting.
