Bad experience. Paid $290 and it was not worth that price. Looked better but not clean. The refrigerator looked great though.

Hi Linda. I'm sorry that you're unhappy with the cleaning. The job was way more than what you had described. It was supposed to be a move out and when my cleaner got there, it was way more than that. I tried to explain that to you on the call and I even tried to cancel and refund you your deposit. You refused to let us leave and asked that she stays and "do what she can" since it was your last day. The job I quoted you for was for a 5 hour job but upon arrival, it was going to have to be a 10+ hour job. There was goop on the counters and tub that were caked in. The doors needed a good scrub down. And as I explained to you, there was nothing we could do with your floors. The fridge still had stuff in it. There was no way that could've been done in 5 hours. I tried to tell you that we would need more time and would have to charge additional for it.
