Koala Insulation of North San Antonio is the area's certified insulation expert providing high-quality insulation services to homeowners, contractors and property owners. We work with new construction, retrofit applications, and properties affected by natural disasters or that have suffered significant damage. We provide all types of insulation including blown-in cellulose and fiberglass, spray foam, and batt-insulation. Furthermore, we provide a number of energy efficiency upgrades such as air sealing, thermal imaging, hatch and can light covers. If it involves insulating or improving energy efficiency within a building envelope, we can handle it. We offer competitive prices and free insulation evaluations. We are locally owned and operated, fully insured and licensed, and our services come with a limited lifetime warranty.

Koala did great work for me. They came right out to give me a quote and were very informative on what the process would be. They were priced very competitively. They came out when they said they would and got the work done. I would recommend Koala to anyone looking to get insulation work done.

Koala (Christian) did a great job explaining the options to update our insulation in our attic. I'm so happy we chose them. Christian also was very hands on, made sure every thing was completed. My house is so much cooler!

Koala Insulation installed a solar fan in my roof/attic, installed several soffit baffles after clearing them out to allow for proper ventilation and supplemented my existing insulation for my home plus added insulation above my garage.I'm so happy with Christian (owner) and Matt (Operations Manager) and their team of friendly, hardworking guys. I would absolutely recommend these guys to anyone as they're honest and do fantastic work.

The team at Koala Insulation did an incredible job insulating my attic! The old insulation had deteriorated and was not providing any sort of insulation whatsoever. Christian came out to my home to inspect the work, provided me several options to choose from, and had me added to the schedule to have the work performed within a couple of days. The team that came out to install the insulation was fast, friendly, and did a complete and thorough job. I've immediately noticed a difference in the temperature. To top it all off, Christian even provided me all of the necessary paperwork and instructions on how to apply for a rebate from CPS Energy. I would highly recommend Koala Insulation!
