My mom had G & G build her deck. They did a beautiful job. They are hardworking and produce a very excellent end product. Our only regret is that we didn’t do it sooner.

Finding honest, reputable and skilled tradespersons should always be a search begun best with reviews done by customers that have had the opportunity to see skills enacted and put to the test. My first interview with Gerbi Garcia, led me to believe that I had found a man of character and integrity. When he showed me some of his previous work, that gave me the opportunity to verify the veracity of what I saw. This in turn gave great confidence in his ability to see the job through. Almost immediately into the demo of our bathroom remodel, Gerbi found a decaying valve juncture (to be expected with plumbing of 30 year vintage) he stopped the work, sent me pictures and let me know that a plumbing repair would be mandatory before proceeding any further. He gave me the new estimate and waited for my approval before proceeding. Remodeling and home maintenance plans should always have room for the unexpected and unforeseen. I always factor a minimum of 10% when budgeting for just these instances. The Silver Section of Society represented by a large number of residents at the Tower, does not always respond well to situations like this. My own 85 year old mother asked if she, "was being taken advantage of?" Gerbi was very patient and professional in his explanation to her. He was able to, very quickly get a plumber in, to expedite the repair and keep our remodel on track for completion. Our end result met and exceeded our expectations. Gerbi and his crew were instrumental in making this happen

They are one of the few contractors out there that care about their work. Gerbi is easy to work with and has integrity which is difficult to find in the construction industry.
