FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% military discount on labor. We can do everything from providing materials-long term maintenance, but the best way to save money on a job is for lack of better words, to DIY. Providing materials saves a lot of money for customers especially. Our pricing does factor in expenses to us, which if asked will be disclosed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It always depends on the kind of work they’re looking for. If they just want their grass cut I just ask for the address, find the sqft, and get it done. If they want to renovate their yard I go more in depth, and ask about goals and expectations to make a design. I always however, try to operate on the customers terms for availability, budgeting, and approval.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don’t have any formal education in lawn care or landscaping. I do however, have years of experience, which practically speaking is much more preferable. Landscaping is, to me, a form of art. No degree can teach someone to see a vision of a better yard and then implement it.
