Very satisfied. I have been searching for weeks for someone reliable since I got to San Antonio. It has not been. Easy and that should not be. I called services that are too busy to call you back, and others charging overly high prices including charging an extra 20 for grass that is six inches and above. Oh, no! Cutting grass should be a service done with pride, not a shell game. Enter Richards happy lawns to save the day and do an excellent job. He communicated well, took his time, and now my grass has a chance to start growing correctly since the previous owners neglected it. I will be having him back every two weeks to keep my lawn back to looking it's best. Thank you so much!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes i do, everything up to half an acre will run you between $35 and $60 depending on the obstacles. And anything larger than that will have to be discussed or visited.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Working with a client is one of the benefits of my job. Normally I'll discuss a price with my client I will meet them at the job site get the job done all is well we shake hands and hopefully I can keep them as a reoccurring customer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I probably have about 20 years of manual labor experience. I was part of a staff that maintain 553 acres of a youth camp. Work in residential and commercial development sites for 13 years. And for the past five years I have maintained residential properties on a regular basis.
