Honestly, I have had nothing but problems with them for a year but kept them to service my lawn because I didn't have time between work, school and caring for a child to find another service. They basically came whenever they wanted even though it was supposed to be on a bi-weekly basis. I had to constantly keep in contact with them just to make sure they were coming and was blown off all the time. Their prices for cutting the lawn are reasonable but if you ask for any extra landscaping, they will gouge your eyes and just send you an invoice. The last straw was when they were supposed to come out on their bi-weekly date and did not show. After several attempts at trying to reach someone, I was finally contacted and was told someone would be out the following day. I specifically stated that if someone would not be out, I needed to know so that I could make other arrangements and sure enough, no contact and no one came out. So unprofessional.

I scheduled bi-weekly service with Ross "Unprofessional" Lawn Services. The initial service went great! They came and 5 or 6 people jumped out of the truck and were done in 20 minutes. Clearly just to impress, because it never happened that way again! They would never show up when scheduled. I would call or text and Jennifer would tell me that they had sent their crew out and it was too wet and would be by tomorrow. I was home 2 of the days they told me this, and no one had been by. I asked to be notified if someone would not be coming as I left my gates open for them. I never would hear from them unless I initiated contact. When I told them how unprofessional they were being, they asked me to find another service.....already had been done! They say 5 Star service.... More like .5! I'm sure the other dissatisfied customer review is valid since I had the same exact experience. Don't waste your time with Ross unless you only need your lawn cut once.

Do not use this service! They are not accredited with the BBB as they have posted on their site and they are not Veteran friendly to clients. I prepaid and as it rained that day (Friday) they did not come but said they would be out the next day. Needless to say they did not show up. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday after several emails and attempted phone calls (their box was full) contact was finally made. At this point I just wanted a refund. I was told that I would receive it within 24 hours. I am still waiting and it has been another week. I am a disabled Vet and used this company because of their VA friendly quote and BBB symbol of their page. Save yourself the trouble and go with someone else or just do it yourself!

Sent them to go to my property, was told $35.00 I was with clients I stopped and left $35 under pot.. When they came to do yard work, they reached out letting me know money was not there.. I let it go.. and told them to invoice me... I was not in the office so I was unable to turn in, or have someone pay the bill.. My staff was not aware.. So the owner or whomever blows up my phone the entire day, and next night.. and ads $15.00 more to it.. I was not happy and asked what happened to the $35 that was left, and assured me nobody took it.. yet its his word against mine.. long story short he or she began to send text all night threaten me to take me to court over $50 .. when it should have been $35 , and who knows what happened to it.. I gave the envoice to my staff morning of 12/3, and as my day continued I was threatened yet again he was on the way to file a theft of service... so my staff member just paid it.. I am now out of $85 ... and I was not going to question it... but he took it too far... NEVER EVER GOING TO DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!!

The lawn service is amazing cost is great and cutting edge. There was a delay in service in may and that's because we here in sanantonio recived over a foot of rain fall. I would recommend service to anyone the crew has cut my lawn for over 2 years and I am hoping to have many more

    Find a professional company Make sure the person or persons have there own equipment Make sure they know about the different types of grasses

    Not only do I cut grass I use to work In a Lawn and garden store for 14 teen years I am knowledgeable when it comes to lawn and garden questions and answers
