As a Speaker: My focus for my speeches are educational, inspiring, and entertaining. I am a NO BS type of speaker when it comes to life and qualifying in the Ironman World Championship, after setting a goal of 28 years.
As a Women's Empowering Coach: My focus is "To Find The Inner Champion" for each woman. As women, some times we need that coach who is a no BS and helps us grow, physically, mentally, and spiritually!
