Gina was amazing! She was quick to respond to us when we had a question that came up out of the blue - we needed a fingerprint notarized too. Gina educated us by letting us know that it was a different certification and that unfortunately she didn’t have it. However after our call, she took the extra time to find out if she could get certified. She could. She quickly got her certification, bought the supplies needed and came to our house the same day as our appointment. It saved us so much work and time. She kept us updated on each step so we knew what was going on. When she got here, she did not rush my parents and got all the papers we needed notarized done in an efficient manner. On top of that, she treated my parents with respect, including them whenever possible, and was so friendly while being professional! We would request Gina to come again for sure if we still have needs in the future. Thank you so much for all that you did, Gina!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cost of appointment usually includes:
* Base notary fee
* An added based on distance, mileage, or time.
* Additional signature costs, if multiple signers are involved.
* Rush hour, emergency, weekends or short notice may effect standard notary fee.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
* Communicate with customer asking if the name on their identification matches the documents. If not I refer them back to the source who prepared the documents.
* Require physical appearance
* Require acceptable forms of ID. Making sure you understand the types of ID are acceptable in your state.
* I will never give unauthorized advice to signers.
* Explain the recording of all notarizations in my journal.
