If there were more stars she would definitely get them, quick reply, great price, super flexible, she even helped explain things I couldn’t understand or find on the internet. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cost of appointment usually includes:
* Base notary fee
* An added based on distance, mileage, or time.
* Additional signature costs, if multiple signers are involved.
* Rush hour, emergency, weekends or short notice may effect standard notary fee.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
* Communicate with customer asking if the name on their identification matches the documents. If not I refer them back to the source who prepared the documents.
* Require physical appearance
* Require acceptable forms of ID. Making sure you understand the types of ID are acceptable in your state.
* I will never give unauthorized advice to signers.
* Explain the recording of all notarizations in my journal.
