- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer discounts for multi-loan signing packets.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For In-Person Notarizations: I will request Name, Email Address, travel location for signing, Documents needing notarization, and Desired appointment date/time. You will receive a call/txt from me with detailed pricing. Upon confirmation, you will receive a confirmation message from me. The day of appointment I will email you a reminder email 1 hour prior to our appointment. Depending on the notarized documents the appointment time will typically take about 10 - 30 minutes. For Remote Online Notarizations (RON): I will request Name, Email Address, Documents needing notarization, and Desired appointment date/time. You will receive an email from the Notary Online Platform and will be prompted to verify your identity to complete KBA & Credential Analysis. You will then get connected through a live video recording call with me get your document signed and notarized. Upon completion, you will receive a link with the PDF version of the notarized document.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am NNA certified signing agent, I have my RON (Remote Online Notary) Texas Commission along with my regular Texas Notary Commission. I received my Signing Agent and Remote Online Notary training and certifications from the National Notary Association (NNA).
