- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We schedule a complimentary meet and greet to customize a plan to meet the needs of your household. At this visit, I would get to know your pets and understand their routine to make sure that they are receiving the same level of care that they are accustomed to when you are around.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have served customers throughout San Antonio and the surrounding areas. I have worked with cats, dogs, reptiles, rabbits, and fish, each of which vary in size, health, age, and temperament. I have experience in dispensing medication, maintaining tanks and habitats, and working with socially anxious pets.
