John has done just about everything you can think at my house. From changing light fixtures to painting. Inside and out. Reliable. Trustworthy. Hardworking. And meticulous. Would and have recommended him to many people.

I have known John for almost 40 years.
We grew up across the street from each other here in San Antonio. When my parents passed, it came time to sell the house I grew up in. The house needed lots of work. John was there and came through. He replaced the entire siding, including painting and caulking the interior and exterior of the house. The house appraised for $10,000 more than the contract price. I highly recommend John for any home improvement needs.

John (the Handy Man) was general contractor for repairs to home after auto accident, handling structural repair and dealing with gas co, electric co, inspections, insurance agent, etc. He always kept me in the communication loop, and offered money-saving suggestions. I have hired him for additional repairs/painting inside the home, and he is my "go-to" guy.

John built me a new gate for my back yard, and fixed a bunch of issues with my fence. He even fixed an issue I was having with my garage door, so I can now park in my garage.
He is reliable, punctual and affordable, three things I appreciate.
