I create one-of-a-kind wet plate collodion portraits — hand-crafted images on metal or glass using a photographic process from the 19th century. Each plate is an original, a physical object that captures light, time, and presence in a way digital photos cannot. Sessions are intimate and guided, whether in my studio or on location. You don’t need modeling experience — the process itself becomes part of the artwork. I work with individuals, artists, and anyone looking for a portrait that feels alive, deliberate, and timeless. My background in independent studio work and custom equipment building allows me to merge historic processes with modern artistic sensibilities.
