- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am flexible with pricing and appreciate your consideration of the preparation, time and expense operating an unmanned aerial vehicle requires. Though I'm licensed by the FAA and specifically insured for $1 million for drone missions, my service is affordable. I look forward to providing you with professional photos and video up to 4K resolution at a great price!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we discuss and determine your needs, we can schedule time to shoot. I may review the location online or scout in person for power lines and other potential obstacles. Upon approval for flight by the FAA, the time required at your location will depend upon how many shots or how much footage you'd like. Note that I can obtain almost instant online FAA approval at most locales, though Temporary Flight Restrictions may sometimes, though rarely, affect when we can fly. Also, some areas in San Antonio are restricted due to proximity to military bases and may take a few days to receive FAA or military approval. Obtaining approval in Fayette County is very rarely an issue and is typically within seconds of the online request. Once captured I can assist onsite with the delivery of your images via the cloud or a flash drive within minutes. For edited photos or footage, I can typically deliver within 24-48 hours.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 30 year veteran of video production with much of my experience in post-production handling footage and the delivery of edited programs and storage of digital assets.
