Paul Smith with Southern Security was awesome. He was able to given control of a security system we inherited with the house when no other security would touch it. He came out and troubleshoot it and got me in the system. Over the phone, we were able to upgrade the firmware so it’s good to go. I’m an IT professional but not an alarm professional, and a Paul taught me a few things that I’ll keep in my toolbox. When I’m ready for a monitoring service I’ll definitely sign up with Southern Security!

I can't say enough good things about Southern Security Systems. Our security system at our business was damaged during construction work and became totally inoperative. Two other companies gave us quotes in the $1000's to service and replace the system components. Paul and one of his technicians had us back in service in just a couple of hours at a fraction of the cost. Thank you!!
