- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are very competitive and work with all budgets and timelines. We strive to provide an affordable cost for great work. I always commit to do my best and make sure my clients understand how to maintain their yards in the absence of "paid" help. My coaching techniques help my clients feel empowered to take on projects and grow their own green thumb.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person and see their space. I want to understand how their yard project will function with their lifestyle. Many times, we will discuss design ideas, color schemes, and special features they feel will make their space unique.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Native landscape certifications, Nursery Floral License, numerous courses on vegetable, shrub, and tree health. Ongoing volunteer work with the Bexar County Master Gardeners program keeps my learning relevant and helps me meet many masters in the field.
