- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free Estimates & Inspections - We never charge a fee to come in look over the job. Call us for that second estimate. Payment will be due at the end of service for self pay jobs. For insurance claims we will work directly with your insurance company for payment. In many cases you will have to pay your deductible to All Dry but insurance will take care of the rest.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In an emergency water situation, we will respond as soon as possible, normally within an hour. Our goal is to stop your property from being damaged as a result of standing water. For mold situations, we will work with you to get an assessment accomplished, and then advise on the best way to move forward. Each situation is unique, so our technicians will develop a remediation plan specific to your problem.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians are IICRC-certified. They also enjoy ongoing developmental training to strengthen their skills and capabilities. In addition, the All Dry brand prides itself on top notch field support, with a network of the most experienced professionals available to help with any unique situation. There's nothing we haven't seen!
