We are a water softener repair company specializing in the repair of Kenmore, Whirlpool and GE Water Softeners. We will do everything we can to complete a repair on your existing water softener. We sell and install Clack, Whirlpool & North Star Water Softeners if you feel the cost of a repair would be too much versus replacing the unit. We will e-mail you a repair quote upon request so you have a good idea of the cost before we come to your home.

My water softener's water level was about a foot higher than it should be. I called MANY places that would not evaluate what the problem might be. Other places just wanted to sell me a $1000+ system. I finally got a plumber (not from H2O) to come out, but he tried to scam me by saying that a part needed to be replaced that would cost me over $900 (for a $400 unit) or I could buy a new one for $3000. As John from H2O Pros discovered, the unit had simply been moved and it just needed straightening to work properly. There are SO many scam artists acting as professionals, but H20 is NOT of them. They are VERY professional and trust worthy. I will use them again if needed and highly recommend them. All that I was charged was the cost of a service call.

Had another person who was suppose to install our GE water softener and they flaked. Ended up going to H20 Pros. John was sent on New Years Day to my house to do the install, which I said wasn't necessary. John was professional in everything he did and even took the time to talk thru things that pertained to the water softener and how to maintain and do future troubleshooting. Thanks for everything.
