We sell and install Clack, Whirlpool & North Star Water Softeners if you feel the cost of a repair would be too much versus replacing the unit. We will e-mail you a repair quote upon request so you have a good idea of the cost before we come to your home.

I found H20 through Thumbtack. I needed an owner owned/provided Fleck 5600 series water softener installed, as well as kitchen faucet installed. I was going to install both myself, but I don't have the free time at the moment and I really wanted the water softener running on a new home build. H20 quoted me a great price, came out the very next day to perform work, EXTREMELY knowledgeable and professional, and responsive to my calls before and after the work was completed when I had a few questions lingering. Definitely saving their number for any other water softener or appliance installation issues.

John came out and did a wonderful job with installation of our water softener. Also, when we had issues with a pipe bursting and was stood up by a plumber, John was so kind to come out and help us secure a good pipe fitting.

Ask for John. I bought a home with a Clack water softener and I knew nothing about it other than it was installed in 2016. I had installed a Flume water sensor that attached to the water main and reported how much water I was consuming at any point in time. I noticed that the softener regeneration was consuming a huge amount of water each week when it went though the regen cycle. John came out to do a system inspection. He first tested the water hardness and it measured at a 13. The softener was set at 31 which tells the unit that the water is really hard. It will use more salt and regenerate more often. John corrected the settings and changed the unit to not have standing water above the salt pellets which caused the salt pellets to be consumed more quickly. He set the regeneration to every 2 weeks. All-in-all, I will use less salt and water (for regeneration) and save money. In addition, I asked John to check the water pressure coming from the water main as it seemed really high. It measured at 110 which is extremely high and not good for my plumbing, softener, yard irrigation etc. He recommended a person to help adjust the pressure reducing valve next to the water main. I received double value from John's visit - water softener is now configured properly and John helped me avert a plumbing disaster from the high water pressure. Obviously, I highly recommend John.

Very impressive folks! Provided cost of service call and confirmed experience in repairing my Whirlpool softener within minutes of sending Thumbtack request (a Sunday). Technician called the next morning and provided a 2 hours service window and arrived timely.
Technician identified issue within 30 seconds (no kidding) and confirmed proper subsequent operation. I had spent no fewer than 5 hours with Whirlpool self help diagnostic procedures and my normal plumber via text over the past few weeks to resolve but no success. I was absolutely thrilled to have the device repaired so quickly by someone who knew exactly where to start looking for the culprit (partial clog from sealant breaking loose from a prior plumbing repair upstream).
So good to work with professional, knowledgeable and honest folks. A rare find in San Antonio!
