As John from H2O Pros discovered, the unit had simply been moved and it just needed straightening to work properly. There are SO many scam artists acting as professionals, but H20 is NOT of them. They are VERY professional and trust worthy. I will use them again if needed and highly recommend them. All that I was charged was the cost of a service call.
