We have had our Kinetico system for over 15 years. We have had very few problems or need for service and repairs. The system is very efficient and econimical in providing soft water. We had Anthony out to check the system and he was very skilled and thorough in his work. He explained what he was doing to diagnose the system, determine its condition, and then correct worn parts. His work was efficient and quick. His explanations were understandable and complete. He did a thorough water test and our system is now functioning properly. All in all, outstanding service. Great system.
