FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is fairly straightforward, it is based on the three packages that our clients ask for the most. 1.) Sometimes called the "shoot and burn." It includes the 6 hours of wedding coverage, an online gallery and a DVD of the images. This is for someone who wants to create their own album and prints. For around $1000. 2.) This is a step into heirloom territory. A DVD might be great for facebook or to email your relatives. But our second package includes a high quality album that will last for generations. Our medium package includes 7 hours of coverage, an online gallery, a DVD of the images, either engagement or bridal shots and an Album of the images. Around $1500. 3.) For those who want to capture every moment. This package includes over 700 images for the wedding, engagement and bridal sessions. In addition to everything in package 2. It also includes $300 worth of archival prints. The images can be ordered online and as long the total order is under $300 it's included in the price of the package. Around $2000.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We do wedding, engagement bridal and family photography. We also work with a videographer for weddings so if you need that just ask. Most of our wedding clients ask for eight hours of coverage, a DVD with 600 images, a web gallery and Prints or a bound Album. We design albums and have them professionally printed.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Find someone who's photos you really connect with. If you can imagine yourself in the bride's shoes, chances our you are going to like that photographer's work for you. Make sure you know what you want before you ask for prices. Photographers can generally tell you what something will cost right away but they will need to know a few things first. The wedding date, duration, size, location and what if you want prints or not are import to know beforehand. For instance there is a big difference in price between getting a professionally printed album and prints and only getting a DVD with images. Often time's a photographer's price range can vary by several thousands of dollars depending on what package you want.
