- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial consultation is completely free as the attorneys fees are set on a case to case bases. Like a doctor's visit, we must first diagnose the problem before we can prescribe solutions. Scope and cost of services will be provided to you upon determination of your individual goals and assessment of the extensiveness of the case.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A potential new customer contacts us with an interest in legal services and a free consultation with one of our attorneys will be scheduled. Where the attorney will review and discuss their goals and what they are looking to achieve before presenting the best course of action to achieve said goals along with the fee for services. After the consultation the potential new customer has to determine if we are the right law firm to assist them.
