I specialize in virtual bookkeeping for sole proprietors, single‑member LLCs, and simple partnerships. I also prepare straightforward individual tax returns: Form 1040 and 1040 with Schedule C, plus simple partnership 1065 returns with K‑1s only.
With over 11 years in business and multiple accounting degrees (Associate, Bachelor of Science, and an accounting diploma), I bring strong expertise in QuickBooks (all versions) and clear, organized books for you and your CPA. Services include one‑time cleanups, ongoing maintenance, QuickBooks setup and conversions, and QuickBooks/NetSuite training.
Standard rates start at a $200 minimum and $35/hour (training $60/hour, $200 minimum). I do not accept Accountant’s Copies or CSV files for security reasons.
