FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not everyone needs a full appraisal. With a wide range of services all with varying degrees of complexity and scope of work we will most likely have a valuation product that fits your budget; maybe it’s simply a Desktop Valuation, or maybe a full inspection is necessary. Maybe it’s a quick assessment of the comps in your neighborhood or an over the phone consultation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process is simple. We’ll discuss your needs via phone, email or text. This usually involves a two way information exchange on both sides. I usually ask what the Appraisal is for and about pertinent property information. We then decide on scope of work, fee and a delivery date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was in new home sales for 8 years before I became an appraiser. I’ve been appraising real estate in the Central Texas area for 9 years now.
