- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price I quote for the job is the one you will pay. If your project requires additional work, I will let provide you options before moving forward.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet with my new customers face to face in order to maximize tax savings. It is incredible how information relevant to your tax situation will come through in a candid conversation. After that meeting and a relationship is established we are comfortable working remotely and in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I passed the Enrolled Agent exam which includes 3 tests, each 4 hours. I also complete monthly continuing education and I'm part of a tax professional group with combined experience of 100's of years. If I don't know the answer to your question, I can find the answer. If your particular issue is not my area of expertise, I can give you referrals.
