Wow, we hired Bernadette for 1 week while our office manager was on vacation. We weren’t overly optimistic about the whole thing, we were just simply hoping she could fill in as best as possible. We were pleasantly surprised to find that she quickly was able to learn our day to day process and we hardly missed our office manager at all. It allowed our business to continue along without missing a beat! And our customers just loved Bernadette’s demeanor. Many of them inquired about her after the week was over and even seemed disappointed that she wasn’t a permanent member of our staff. She is very friendly and approachable. Very customer service oriented!

Bernadette assisted us with a three month project to help document all of our processes. We were tired of training staff that were constantly turning over. This allows us to have a more consistent training program so that all staff are trained properly and all should have the same knowledge. The total project took about 3 weeks. She also provided training classes for internal staff in order to get us started. She has also helped develop our new employee orientation program and various internal documents.
