John G. Tatum, who used to be my Enlgish tutor, is a wit dedicated teacher. His classes are interesting and always make us attentive. We could practise our oral Englsh in a easy and relaxing enviroment. As a student, I can find each of the lectures I attened is well-prepared by him, and I think his effort make learning more interesting to us. I believe he would be a good teacher to all students.

Grace Q is a Chinese young lady who is presently getting a PhD degree at Griffin University in Australia. She was the monitor of her class when I taught her; and was one of my all time best students!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have no standard pricing system. Sometimes it depends on the distance I have to travel, however usually I charge 30 dollars an hour at this time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, if it is a younger student, I try to discover the reading level (is he/she on, above, or below his or her grade level). Then I like to give them material that they can complete well or totally master. We then can build on the initial success and they can proceed in their learning with more confidence.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have completed a Masters of Education degree from Liberty University. I finished with a 3.77 GPA. Also, I have six years in computer tech support. My specialty is reading and writing, not as competent in Math...but I have taught Algebra 1.
