Introduction: Many frequent massage goers are under the impression that pain equals progress, and while in some cases that may be true, it damages the muscle during your massage to apply too much pressure too quickly. That is one way I stand out, I make sure my clients are always completely relaxed and enjoying every minute on my table or chair while still, of course, focusing on their needs and making progress. What I love most about my job is having the opportunity to help people live a healthier, more pain free life. Seeing the difference on my client's faces from the first day to a couple months into our sessions is always immensely rewarding for me. Knowing that I helped change their initial grimace to an easy smile is the best.
