- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is normally based per person. If you meet the minimum amount to rent our venue with food and drink purchases, we will waive the room fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically have a one on one on phone conversation/consultation. Get to know a little about each other. If both parties seem to agree on one of the packages. Then we schedule a face to face meeting. The rest is history.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have an extensive background in organizing events. This is what we love to do. General Manager has a degree in Business with an emphasis on events.
